Karl Lagerfeld for Jean Patou - 1950s
From an article in Harper's Baazar following Lagerfeld's death in 2019. After his initial success in the fashion industry in the early 1950s,Lagerfeld quickly secured a role as the art director of Jean Patou in 1958 in Paris. According to the Business of Fashion, Lagerfeld was involved in designing "ten haute couture collections" for the brand during his time there.
