Nesting Instincts
Welcome! This exhibit explores the concepts of nests as related to clothing, objects, and artifacts. Nests may be places of nurturing and protection, while also serving as the incubators of potential and liberation.
CineQuilt
For my final, I made a CineQuilt, a short film comprised of a patchwork of ideas. Here are some sources that contributed to the quilt's squares and images from the film.
The complete CineQuilt only existed when I presented it in class and narrated my ideas over the film I created. Once the ideas are better conceptualized, I will make a more permanent version of the cinequilt- though perhaps it will no longer be a cinequilt.
